Were they caught a cab to Enterprises just 3 miles away from the airport. And from there it was a 6 hour drive to St Louis, Mo. They finally arrived at 11:00pm. We have a tradition that anytime we come to Vegas we have to go to the Cheesecake Factory in Ceasars Palace. So after we checkin our rental car , and checked our bags at New York New York, we slowly made our way to Ceasars Palace, So about a mile and a half later of me pushing the stroller and fighting the crowds, we finally made it. But wait the fun doesn't stop there, about 20 minutes later we both looked at the time and it was 4:00pm, our plane leaves at 5:33pm. We scrambled to get the kids, rush to the other side of Ceasars to catch a cab, we finally got in a cab, hit every red light from Ceasars Palace to New York New York, I had hurry in a get our bags, and I hopped back in the cab, finally made to the airport. The plane is schedule to leave in 30 minutes. We were the last to checkin at the counter, we still had to make it through security and hop on the tram from the main terminal to the terminal we were flying out of. So we all ran from the tram to our gate, we finally made it with a minute before the closed the door.

Hill Aerospace Museum

Hill Aerospace Museum is located on approximately 30 acres on the northwest corner of Hill Air Force Base, Utah, about five miles south of Ogden. The museum was founded in 1981 as a part of the United States Air Force Heritage Program and first opened in 1986. It moved to its current facility in 1991. We hosted our 1 millionth visitor in the spring of 1996 and we annually have around 180,000 visitors, coming from every state and from many foreign countries.

*********************************************************************************

We've been telling Weston that we will go see some airplanes. Usually we'll go sit on the north side of the Airport and watch the Planes land and take off. But, Austin found this articles in one of mailer ads and its told about different places and events that were free or low admission around Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Well there was an article about the Hill Aerospace Museum in Roy. So the next day, we gathered everyone up and told them we were going to a plane museum. They were all really excited, we had alot of fun walking around the museum and looking at how a simple plane turned into such a jet plane. Walking around and learning about all that history was really fun.

Trip to Montana

Well for those who don't know, Justin has Grandparents that live in Montana......and they have been apart of his life since he was at least 2. Unfortunely they only get to see him once a year which is really hard, especially when Justin is the only Grand child they have. So this last Christmas I made Billie and Gary a promise, and that was to bring Justin to visit.
-
And thats what we did. This last weekend, Justin and I drove 7 hours to Boulder Montana which is a small town 30 miles south of Helena. Billie is the Elementary School Secretary and knows every childs name. Gary is retired now but he used to help take care of the mentally disabled at the Montana Development Center located in Boulder.
-
Thursday- we arrived at 10pm on Thursday, said are hello and went to bed.
-
Friday- Billie arranged a lunch date for her and Justin at her school, where justin got to see and meet alot of people that she worked with on a daily basis.
-
Saturday- We went into Helena to Exploration Works, which is a handon childrens museum. We all had a really fun time. Here a few pictures:

If you look closely you can tell that all these pictures have some type of weather in it. That was the museums theme this week. They had several displays of weather and it was fun.

Now that was the downstairs of the museum. Which we probably spent a good 20 minutes looking around. Then we went upstairs were we spent a good 2 or 2 1/2 hours. Its funny how something so small can entertain someone for hours. Building blocks of all things.

No.....we didn't have fun at all.....if you couldn't tell. We were there until they kicked us out. Everyone had so much of fun.

After we went to the museum I insisted in making dinner so we went back home and I made my Famous Chicken Enchildas that everyone loves.

Sunday - We drove 7 hours back to Utah.

We had a really good time and I'm glad we were able to make to trip to Montana.
